The Managing Board of BAIT Summons the General Assembly ahead of schedule on 07.04.2009
The Managing Board of the Bulgarian Association of Information
Technologies, BAIT, on the legal grounds Art. 26 from the NGO Act,
summons the General Assembly ahead of schedule on 7.04.2009 (Tuesday)
at 5:00 P.M. in the Building of the International Exhibiting Centre,
147, Tzarigradsko Shosse blvd., with the following Agenda:
1. Voting the amendments in the Statute of BAIT
2. Election of new Managing Board
3. Election of new Chairman of the Managing Board of BAIT
4. Election of Commission of Ethics of BAIT
5. Election of a new member of the Control Council of BAIT
6. Miscellaneous
In
case of lack of quorum, on the legal grounds of Art. 27 from the NGO
Act, the General Assembly will be held in the same date at 6:00 P.M.,
at the same venue and with the same agenda.
