EY Bulgaria will be strategic partner of the Growth program, initiated and powered by F.A.M.E Foundation. The Growth Program is tailored for female-founded scale-ups and the next generation of women in family businesses. The program is designed to span all regions of Bulgaria, encouraging the participation of businesses developed outside the capital.
In strategic partnership with EY Bulgaria and Karoll Financial Group, the program is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs, offering them the opportunity to reflect, gain essential knowledge for strategic business development, and become integral part of an active and supportive network.
The program offers a dynamic blend of educational yet practical workshops led by industry experts and inspirational entrepreneurs. It includes hands-on assignments to craft a growth strategy, guided by mentors from F.A.M.E’s network and EY Bulgaria. Core modules cover business model refinement, financial management, leadership at scale, and capital raising. Additionally, dedicated sessions on personal development address challenges unique to women entrepreneurs.
Conducted in Bulgarian, the program is entirely free for selected participants, aligning with F.A.M.E’s mission to support and develop female entrepreneurship in Bulgaria.
