The Congress is one of the most important European branch meetings of the debt collecting industry. Bulgaria is hosting the annual event FENCA (since 2003) for the first time. Over 200 professionals, representatives of both European and organizations from different parts of the world including Bulgarian are expected to visit the event.

The Federation of European National Collection Associations is the institution representing the interests of the European debt management business to the European institutions and lawmakers since 1993. FENCA members represent over 75% of debt collection agencies and hold 80% market share in the European Union, With over 100,000 employees serving more than 5 million customers.
