Extra-ordinary General Assembly of BAIT was held on 7 April (Tuesday) when new management body of the Association was elected.
The Assembly proceeded in a constructive spirit. Most votes from the proposed Managing Board candidates were given to Teodor Zahov – Spectrum Net, Stoyan Boev – InterConsult Bulgaria, Damian Ivanov – DWare, Vesselin Todorov – Ciela Soft and Publishing, Georgi Penev – Bora Solutions, Petar Stefanov – Freckles, Grigor Furnadjiev – InfoStar. Teodor Zahov was elected Chairman of the Managing Board of BAIT. The Assembly also elected new Control Council of BAIT with the following members: Nikola Shumackov – Eltrade, Atanas Tassev – Bright Complex, Plamen Stoyanov – Integral –K.
