Registration is free and the competition is open to all companies from the Bulgarian ICT industry.
After extremely successful four editions of the competition, this edition of the awards will be held within the campaign e-Skills for Jobs 2015-2016. The initiative is implemented simultaneously in 21 EU countries, and BAIT is the contractor for Bulgaria.
The campaign aims to raise citizens’ awareness of the need to improve their e-skills in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) needed to find a job. “eSkills for Jobs 2015-2016” is in response to growing demand for ICT professionals who are not currently sufficient, despite the high level of unemployment in Europe.This BAIT Awards fifth edition will determine the winners of 12 awards in the following categories: Education Award, Journalist Award /print media, radio and TV, internet publications, bloggers/ Student Award, Public administration Award /state and municipal/ Business Innovation Award, Corporate Social Responsibility Award, STARTUP Company Award, E-business Award, Mobile Solutions Award, Software Entertainment Award and the Special Award for significant contributions.
And in this edition of the competition, there will be cash prizes together with the statuettes and diplomas for all categories. They are in the form of vouchers with which the winners will have the opportunity to purchase goods or services from BAIT member-companies.
