BAIT, together with 7 other business organizations /BASCOM, AIBEST, BESCO, BRAIT, ICT Cluster, BAPRA and the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce/, sent an open letter to political parties.
The letter says that every political party that claims to support business and makes efforts for economic development must take all necessary steps to achieve progress in the following areas:
- Bulgaria’s admission to the Eurozone;
- Implementation of the necessary legislative and administrative reforms to guarantee the rule of law in our country;
- Urgent reforms in Bulgarian education;
- Ensuring functioning regulators and institutions;
- Accelerated catching up on the backlog under the Recovery and Resilience Plan;
- Improving the conditions for encouraging investors;
It is time to transform Bulgaria into a good place to live, with high standards, a place for honest and free business, a preferred destination for investments, a country with a vision for the future and a true rule of law, to restore the feeling of justice to the people. We appeal to all political forces for more reason, wisdom and courage – it is time for a regular government, a government of unity in the name of the future of Bulgaria.
